To design a learning environment based on technology that is effective and quality must comply with a previous study of minimum requirements in terms of technology, pedagogy and methodology that allows interaction and participation members who are part of it, not to mention the related to the context in which these technologies are applied, Bates (1999, p. 56) alludes to this when he mentions "if not used as an argument clear to the selection and use of particular technologies is likely to be inconsistency and confusion among the various people who in one way or another involved in the process (subject matter experts, media professionals and students critically) about the design and function of the various technologies currently available "
Proper selection of the technologies involved in the training of students must be adapted to real situations of a company involved in globalization that requires optimal media and with potential expand the knowledge and information deemed relevant, that is why within a knowledge society is able to look and function in the network allows to be consistent with the processes of transformation, both social, cultural, economic, academic, now living society.
